Natural Diamonds are GIA certified H Color, SI1 Clarity (you can opt for alternate color and clarity) and set in your choice of 18K White Gold, Yellow Gold, or Rose Gold. Higher color/ clarity can be sourced for a custom estimate.
Lab Grown GIA Diamond Studs are E/F Color, VS1/2 Clarity and come in my bespoke 'Miss Martini' Setting with a push back that hugs the ear closer than a standard Basket Setting does. Its subtle 4 Tiger Claw Prong looks proportional on the ear, however you can request 3 prong as well.
Lab Grown IGI Diamond Studs are E/F color VS1 clarity in a Classic Martini 3 prong setting with a push back. Both set in your choice of 14K White Gold, Yellow Gold, or Rose Gold.
*Remember, diamond stud earrings are 2 larger stones, essentially 2 engagement rings, which is why the price increases substantially as you move from 3,4,5,6 carat total weight. My recommended "sweet spot" for natural diamond studs is G/H color and SI1/2 clarity. Size and color show more than clarity on studs. However I will happily source D-Flawless stones for the most discriminating clients. My most requested size is 4 carat (2 carat each ear)) and 5 carat (2.5 each ear) studs.
My lab grown diamonds are indistinguishable from natural diamonds. So if you are looking for a gorgeous look without breaking the bank, lab is the way to go!
